Lovely and cosy apartment for 3 people in Percoto, a 20 minute drive to Udine. Percoto houses the Nonino Distillatori, a company that produced the famous Grappa Nonino, exported and appreciated worldwide. The distillery, a 11 minutes walk from the flat, offers guided tours with tasting of the products. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom, and you can leave your car in the courtyard in front of the entrance. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The 45 sqm apartment is located on ground floor of a building without elevator, but you have to climb stairs in order to reach the shared laundry room on 2nd floor. ATTENTION: the shutters are present ONLY in the bedroom, the rest of the accommodation does not have them. The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, moka and kitchenware; - LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower box; - SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM (on 2nd floor) with washing machine; - COURTYARD with parking place. Additional facilities available for guests: independent heating, fan, wardrobe, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. 100 gigabytes per month are available, subject to availability and based on usage. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe. For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. You can reach the beautiful Udine in just a 20 minutes drive from Percoto. The tour in this city can start from the Castle, where you can let the amazing view take your breath away. From here, you can see the rooftops and the chimneys of the houses and further in distance the mountains and the sea that surround the city. That's because Udine is located in the center of the Friulian plain, at the same distance between sea and mountains. From Piazza della Libertà, called "the most beautiful Venetian square on the land", you can reach in a few minutes Piazza Matteotti, with its porches, shops, the small tables of bars placed outdoors, the Duomo, to the Mercatovecchio shopping street and to the two most important museums in the city: the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Diocesan Museum, with Tiepolo's wonderful frescoes. A destination that is definitely worth of a visit, between gothic and Renaissance buildings, beautiful medieval squares and a great number of monuments. In the center of Udine you can move easily on foot and you will find restaurants, cafes, banks and all the main services.
