Here you’ll find a very nice loft, furnished in an industrial style. It has private access, a private parking space and a courtyard with hedges and a table for you to enjoy your breakfast and a book. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside of Siena and the view of the Torre del Mangia. It is located only 2 minutes from Porta Pispini, the oldest door of the city, sheltered from the noise of the historic center. Walk just 10 minutes to reach the beautiful Piazza del Campo. In my neighborhood you will find a pharmacy, a bank, a shop of household products, the Bar Nocino (a famous and beloved cafè), a well-stocked butcher, a newsstand and a grocery store. The flat is newly renovated: a 5 meters high open space with a lovely mezzanine used as a bedroom, with a nice King size double bed. In my loft you will find two TVs, an induction hob, a comfortable double sofa bed, a private parking space (which is really a priceless comfort in Siena!). The sofa-bed is next to the custom-made kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, an oven, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine is also provided. It is a real gem suitable for 4 people, with a comfortable bathroom equipped with a large shower. When the temperatures are nice and warm, you can relax and have breakfast in the courtyard, enjoying a total privacy thanks to the surrounding fotinia hedges. The whole flat and the external courtyard I will be present at the check in and check out, save in exceptional circumstances. I stay available to suggest characteristic places of Siena, as well as typical (but not tourist-overcrowded) restaurants, perfect for your lunch break or for your dinner.
