English private garden access. (Room with views of sea and mountains 50% / 50%) => Level 1 floor: 1 double bed (160 x 200) and 1 twin bedroom (140 x 200), bathroom with tub and toilet (rooms with views of sea and mountains 50% / 50%) => Level 2 - 2nd floor (main entrance) : Main kitchen, dining room, living room with two Moroccan sofas, toilet, access to terrace 24m2 overlooking the sea with a magnificent view (facing the sea 100%) For your comfort, it also has a Moroccan Hammam that can be made available upon request. My apartment is part of "Les Meridienne" Complex, which is one of the best holiday seaside complex in Agadir and the region. Located in the scenic 'Tiguert' , a beautiful and quite fishing village 33 Kms north of Agadir. A truly exceptional and relaxing environment lying between the Atlantic ocean and mountains, with some outstanding sea and mountain views. The Complex is at Km 33 (from Agadir city). You are surrounded by beautiful beaches specifically at Km 25, 27 and 38 and also in the direction of Essaouira city. You will find uncrowded beaches, but really beautiful You have access to various activities that are proposed in the area : specifically at Taghazout place (around 10 minutes by car): hiking, horseback riding, water sports (surfing, diving, fishing, etc), the quad, etc.. At km 28, you have a wonderful Aquatic Center with restaurants inside. When you are installed, do not hesitate to ask me for suggestions or any information that could help you to enjoy your holiday ... The Complex is located between the sea and the mountain. You will enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the very appreciable calm. In the Residence there is a small shop for basic products: milk, bread, sugar oil, etc. For dairy products which require constant and low temperatures, I recommend you to do your shopping in supermarkets in Agadir (Marjane Supermarket or Assouak Essalam Supermarket) At 5mn from the Complex, in the way to Agadir, you will find local restaurants that prepare wonderful local food: Tagines, Couscous and grills that you could bring directly to the apartment. Also, there is a fish market .... if you like fish .... and cooking. For the rest, I let you discover.... and do not hesitate to ask me if you want more tips and ideas for visits... At the foot of the Residence, you can take the taxi or the bus to Agadir city. I suggest the bus, but the problem is that you are dependent on the transit schedules, and it is crowded in summer period (July and August) So I highly recommend renting a car for more independence and comfort. You do not have to rent an expensive car. A Renaud Logan brand, for example, which has the advantage of the price (about 23 euro per day), space and a large trunk for luggage. That is enough to move and even travel to other cities like Essaouira, Tiznit, Taroudant and Marrakech. Remember that the summer holiday is from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise confirmed. - In “Low season” the minimum duration of the rental is 4 nights. The final cleaning cost should be added to the rental price: 50 Euros. - In “high season” specifically summer period: July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum of 7 nights (by 7 or 14 or 21 nights, etc.).
