Beautiful Charentaise renovated property, both gites sleep 6 people, downstairs toilet and shower room and upstairs bathroom and separate toilet. Fully fitted kitchen which includes dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, light and airey lounge diner with a beautiful Charentaise fireplace English TV channels, DVD player, books, and free external WiFi. The gites overlook a lovely garden and have their own patio area and BBQ, there is also a BBQ poolside if you wish to eat there. The gites are well appointed and within easy access of St Jean d'Angely, Cognac and one hour away from the beaches of La Rochelle and Royan. This year 2021 Vines guests have exclusive use of the enclosed 12mx 5m swimming pool, , childrens playarea which includes a swing-set, slide and trampoline for the more active there is also table tennis. We live on site so always available. We are in the centre of a very friendly French village, Nere is the nearest village with a bakery, bar/restaurant, pharmacy, which is 5 minutes away by car or an easy bike ride away. Matha is less than 10 minutes away and has 3 supermarkets, monthly market and further bar's and restaurants A car is essential. There is no glass or crockery around the pool , we have provided plastic drinking glasses for you.
