Garden The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the valley. Ground Floor Living Room 1 The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. There is a fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the patio. Kitchen 1 You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has a high window. Bathroom 1 The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor. First Floor Living Room 2 The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. Bedroom 3 You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area. Annex Kitchen 2 You will be able to enter the second kitchen through an external access. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an external access. --- The rental price includes: heating; linens and towels; electricity. To be paid at the property: final cleaning EUR 50.00. Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
