Sea View Lodge is situated on a peaceful sunny hillside with stunning sea & woodland views, overlooking our 6 acre valley brimming with wildlife, deer, badgers,foxes, rabbits & birds of prey ready to explore. 2 pub/restaurants a short stroll away, one on the harbour waterfront with its 450yr old history. The beautiful coastline is at your fingertips right here with boat trips, coastal walks, birdwatching, scenic rail trips, real ale & seafood a plenty. Please Note we Do Not provide Towels. During summer train enthusiasts will love the weekly Steam Train passing through, all trains can be seen from a great vantage point at the Cockwood harbour where the line is above sea level with water on both sides, great for photographs. We are a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station at Starcross (Going South toTorquay and beyond via Plymouth, and terminating at Penzance or North to Exeter) and 10 mins to the bus stop.
