A new kitchenette installed in the corridor (with a microwave, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, a worktop and a cooking plate). A bathroom with bath and toilet. A perfect accommodation for your business trips or to discover the Drôme. You enter the apartment through a door on the ground floor, then to the right, the door leads to the bedroom. Access to the room as well as to the private bathroom. We remain available throughout the stay for the tenants. Arrival and departure: lockbox. All instructions for accessing the accommodation will be communicated to you a few days before your arrival. Located in a quiet street, close to the market square, pleasant in all seasons: farmer's market on Tuesday mornings, restaurants, pizzeria, shops... The car is essential. No washing machine. Bed linen and towels are optional: -14€ the bed linen pack -3,5€ for the towels/person pack In the event of a long stay of more than 2 weeks, a cleaning at a fixed price of 25€ will be obligatory in order to maintain the accommodation. A deposit of 200€ will be requested upon arrival in the form of a cheque or bank imprint. It is not cashed except in case of damage. It will be returned to you on your departure after the inventory of fixtures has been carried out by the person in charge of your reception. Please also provide us with a holiday extension insurance policy to be handed over either beforehand by e-mail or on the spot on your arrival.
