The surroundings are beautiful, you are in the middle of nature! There is a private entrance and on the first floor you will find a high quality and comfortably furnished holiday apartment on 80m², with underfloor heating. You will have a spacious combined kitchen/living room, four bedrooms and a modern bathroom, as well as a balcony and a large terrace. In addition, next to the house there is a huge garden with various seating arrangements. Several skiing areas can be reached in a few minutes by car, also the family skiing area of Kelchsau is very close. On the 1st floor: (Large kitchen(TV, dining table, radio, electric kettle, cooker, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher), 2x bedroom(double bed), bedroom(single bed, bunk bed), bedroom(double sofa bed, TV, DVD player), bathroom(shower, washbasin), toilet(washbasin, toilet)) wireless music system, terrace, garden(shared with the owner ), garden furniture, BBQ, 2x parking, children's bed, high chair restaurant - 0 km supermarket - 0 km Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. COVID-19 Conditions: If your government or the government of the country you are staying in imposes an entry ban or determines by law that you are not allowed to travel/stay during your booked holiday period, we will give you the option to rebook or cancel (= money back) free of charge. This applies within 2 weeks before your arrival date.
