Villa Ebony

Welcome to our holiday villa in Sri Lanka! Our modern and well-maintained bungalow is situated in a quiet area in Peradeniya close to the beautiful city of Kandy. We offer private guest rooms with bath room as well as the whole house for your own use. Built to a classic home design on a plateau surrounded by a beautiful green, the house offers not only the space and view but also privacy and all other modern facilities including a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is full of tropical fruit trees and has 2 swings for children to play. A garage, a car porch and enough parking space are available. One room is air conditioned, although temperature in Kandy does not often rise above 28 degrees Celsius. Average temperature is 24 degrees Celsius. The garden and house is for you alone. There is an annexe of the house, which has a separate entrance on the backside, which is used by the owner whenever he is in Sri Lanka. Please feel free to contact me at any time if there are any questions referring the house or the country. Our housekeeper is also there to assist you. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Lot of the neighbours are university staff members. The next bus stop is 1 km away at Colombo road. At the bus stop there are also tuk-tuks waiting for guests. The care taker can also call a tuk-tuk (threewheeler) by mobile phone to pick you up directly from the house. We could organise a van with a trusted driver for your trips to any place in Sri Lanka.
