Private basement apartment with incredible view!

Fantastic walk in basement apartment located near the North entrance of Zion national Park. Private living area, bathroom, cozy kitchen and dining area. Living area has a large couch with an optional inflatable bed for up to 4 guest. Large bay windows with Kolob canyon visible from your table! Home is located 20 miles south of Cedar City. Collect farm fresh eggs in the morning, but be sure to stop and say hi to the goats. Soak in the hot tub to relax at the end of your day. Access in through your private entrance on the East side of the house. There are private locks on exterior, bedroom and bathroom doors. Excellent WiFi reception, but the area has minimal cell reception for most carriers (Verizon does the best). Private access to a full bath and cozy kitchen. Also private access to a large dinning and living area with large flat screen TV with DVD and chrome-cast. Be forewarned, owner lives upstairs with 5 young children and a two lovable dogs. We love to be as involved with your stay as you'd like. We enjoy meeting people from all around the nation and world, we are also happy to let you enjoy your vacation with minimal disruption if desired. The occasional echos of laughter and play will be heard. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with a unique mixture of livestock and wildlife wandering through. It's a small town with no grocery store and minimal cell reception. Groceries and dinning are at least a 20 minute drive. Drive past the house and take a left to get to your private entrance on the East side.
