The terrace facing the Marina and the Old Town is integrated in the apartment and stylishly furnished. The terrace guarantees full privacy unlike most apartments in Las Boas where neighbours face each other. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double kingsize bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has an additional small (very!) bedroom with a single foldable bed or a cot. Maximum occupancy 4 adults or 4 adults plus 1 small child. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other one with a bath. There is also a separate toilet. Free wifi available. The pool is amazing – rumoured to be the largest residential pool in Europe with chill out areas, a gym with state of the art Technogym equipment, sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub as well as childrens pool and play area. The apartment is 115 sq. metres, located at the centre of the building with breathtaking views of the pool area, the Old Town (Dalt Vila) and the Ibiza Marina. There is a generous south facing terrace and the flat is airconditioned and furnished to the highest standards, with a new kitchen and new designer furniture. Parking is easily available on the street. Guests have access to the whole apartment . I am available by telephone to help the guests with any questions or issues they may encounter. The apartment is located in the best area of Marina Ibiza, 5 minutes walk to Lio, Pacha, Cipriano, the Casino, Ibiza Gran Hotel. It is 8 mins walk to Salamanca beach and 10 mins walk (5 minutes drive) to Ibiza town. Ibiza Town is 15 minutes walk away, or 5 minutes by local ferry. Buses and taxis to the rest of the island are available nearby at reasonable prices. A taxi to or from the airport is 20 euros. Security/damage deposit of €800 is payable via Airbnb.
