King Bed Suite in Quiet Residential Neighborhood

Spacious one bedroom suite with private bedroom and full bath in the lower level of a home in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom has a king size bed, 55" smart TV, table and chairs with room for a pull out bed if needed. Kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig, refrigerator and bar seating. Living room has reclining couch and 45" TV with Roku, Hulu +, Disney+ and HBO/Max. There is an elliptical machine if you wish to work out. We are inspected and licensed by the local health department. We live in the house and will be available if needed. We may invite guests to join us in an activity, but they are under no obligation. We aim to be unobtrusive. Quiet residential neighborhood located near I-39 and Hwy 10 E. The Green Circle Trail, a 26+ mile walking and biking trail that circles the Stevens Point area, is about 3 blocks from our home. UWSP, Sentry and Sentry World, the Stevens Point Country Club, the Sentry Curling Center in Plover, shopping, and dining are within a 15-minute drive. It should be easy to find the house using a smartphone mapping app but if you would like written directions, please message us and let us know where you will be coming from and we will send you directions. You may either park on the street or to the right side of the house.
