Sea Renity Binningup

Perched up on top of a hill, come and sit back and relax and watch the boats come in and maybe capture one of our stunning Binningup sunsets at Sea Renity Binningup. Sea Renity is located on the north side of Binningup and is only a very short walk down the “The Rocks” walk trail beach access. Here is a great spot to check the surf, go for a fish or swim or set of on an endless beach walk. If you head in the other direction you’ll find yourself at Binningups main swimming beach, boat ramp and pirate ship playground in no time at all. Sea Renity is a 3x bedroom, 1x bathroom beach house that more than comfortably accommodates 6 guests making it ideal for your next family beach holiday. After taking in the view of the Indian Ocean you enter the house via the front veranda into the main living area of the house. The kitchen is fully self-contained with all the necessities you may require, dining for 6 and a very comfortable and cosy lounge room with TV and DVD player. Down the hallway is the 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with double bed and single bunk above. Sea Renity has 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine for longer stay guests. Outside on the northern front veranda is outdoor dining with BBQ and Webber Q to cook up a feast and dine alfresco and soak up the serenity. The backyard is fully fenced with a grassed area for the kids to play or family dog if he/she comes too. There is undercover parking for 2x vehicles in the carport with more space for parking on the driveway plus a second driveway at the front of the house with plenty of space to park the boat or trailer. Binningup beach is a popular holiday destination with the natural reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months. Or if you prefer to bring the clubs, Binningup is well known for its stunning 9 hole golf course. Binningups general store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVD’s, magazines and takeaway food. Or if you prefer a meal out the Fishing Club is open Thursday and Friday nights which is located at the main beach foreshore with the pirate ship playground for the kids. Binningup is located 1.5hrs south of Perth and is only 15-30 minutes to Australind, Eaton or Bunbury’s shopping facilities. So come and enjoy a relaxing family beach holiday at Sea Renity.
