A bus stop is also close by. You can grab a bus to Clarkson Train St, and from here you can be in Perth CBD within 35 mins. The home features 4 Bedrooms - Master with queen bed, bedroom 2 with queen bed and both bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 single beds in each. The property can sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen were renovated in May 2017 The property also boosts air conditioning throughout, Wi Fi, Netflix and a pool table for your enjoyment. When booking Mindarie Villa guests have access to the full house A bus stop is located within 300 meters of the property. From here you can catch a bus to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, or get off at Clarkson Train Station and from here you can be in Perth CBD within 35 minutes. Or stay on the same train and head to Mandurah for the day. Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. This is totally against our terms and conditions. We ask that you respect the home at all times, and when leaving the property leave it as clean as you found it. We do not expect you to do the last minute washing of sheets and towels. Group gatherings/parties are NOT allowed at this property. Please remember this property is in a residential area and we ask that your respect the neighbours at all times.
