Any excess noise will result in security/police escorting you off the premises All facilities - community swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ, community centre - are subject to covid measures, availability and need to be booked (by me as host) with approval needed from the estate committee Macquarie Links is conveniently located to make getting around during your stay pleasant Ingleburn Train and Bus station - 4mins drive - You can get express trains to Sydney CBD (35mins) and International/Domestic Airport (30mins) every 15min There is a *free* Macquarie Links shuttle bus which travels to and from Ingleburn station in peak hours - between 545am to 9am in the morning and 3pm to 7pm in the evening. Other things conveniently located close to The Pinnacle: Costco Crossroads - 10min drive Ingleburn Shopping Village (Coles/Woolworths etc) - 5mins drive KFC, Subway, Dominos, Pizza Hut and many other cafes/restaurants - 5mins drive M5 Motorway - 5mins M7 Motorway - 9mins Sydney’s International and Domestic airports - 30mins Sydney CBD - 40mins The home provides bedding for up to 10 guests (10 adults maximum), 2 sitting areas (upstairs and downstairs), two bathrooms and one separate toilet/basin, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking pots/pans, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery), laundry, dining, lock up garage & secure outdoor sitting area. There are 5 sofa beds - one is a large double sofa bed from Ikea (upstairs living room), 2 fold out couches in the downstairs living room (one person on each) and 2 fold out single beds (stored in the master bedroom wardrobe upstairs). The home is large and spacious making them well suited for couples, families, larger groups and business stays. The home has central heating and air-conditioner. The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower/toilet while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub & toilet with basin. Linen and towels are provided. Macquarie Links Estate The estate has been developed over the last 16 years and is adjacent to the historic homestead – Macquarie Fields House. The estate comprises 14 stages of housing, 3 stages of villas, 1 apartment strata, a Community Centre, Sports Complex, bushland park and a championship golf course. Development of the estate was completed in 2017 with the handover of Stage 16, The Pinnacle Villas, with its inaugural AGM. The Community has a sports complex, (Facilities), which provides access to two community swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQs and is an alcohol-free zone. Access is via a locked gate with touchpad – “Pool Code” is required for access and can be obtained by contact the me (the host). The tennis courts and pool access are subject to availability and estate committee must approve all booking requests, therefore cannot always be guaranteed. There are also landscaping services, estate bus service (The Link), security services and the golf club for residents to use. The estate gate is monitored 24×7 to assist in security of the estate, with a mobile patrol at night. The estate has grown rapidly over the years and the golf course attracts residents who are keen golfers as well as those who enjoy other leisurely pursuits. There are extensive walkways through a nature reserve with sweeping views to the city of Sydney at the top of Governors Way.
