Beautiful 2bed apartment in the centre of Varazdin

A beautifully renovated apartment within a listed building located in the centre of Varaždin old town. The apartment is located in a quiet street, yet the main squares, cafes, restaurants, bars and city amenities are all within a few short metres stroll. There are lots of things to do and places to visit in and around Varaždin, such as the Spancirfest, festival of food and music usually held in late August. There are 2 large double bedrooms with a generous shared bathroom, fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and a relaxing living and TV room. There are workspaces in both the bedroom and lounge should you feel the need. Wifi, bluetooth speaker and TV are available. Secure private parking in the rear courtyard along with a secluded spot for your morning coffee. Baby cot is available on request. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. I may not be available in person during your stay, however I will be able to help with any questions and arrange a family member or friend to assist you in my absence. Varaždin Bus Station is approx 5min walk away. Taxis can also be found located at the bus station. The train station is approx 15min walk away and will connect you with Zagreb. There is an underground public garage less than 5min from the apartment if you require additional parking. Please note, there are a couple of apartments within the main building, we therefore ask you respectfully to be considerate with noise of an evening. If you wish to park your cars in the courtyard please do so on the left hand side. Most residents living within the old town will close the main doors leading through to their courtyards of an evening around 8pm, I would ask guests to do the same. There are lights next to the apartment door which can be used to light the courtyard entrance, so you can open/close gates more easily in the evening.
