A fully furnished, private flat adjoining the main house in leafy Canning Vale - a suburb of Perth. It has a separate entrance. The living area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. There is easy access to shops. It's conveniently located just meters way from a bus stop. (20723 (stop) can be entered into the Transperth website.) This bus route goes directly to Murdoch train station. The flat can accommodate a maximum of three people: -The bedroom has two king single beds. -There is a double sofa bed in the living area for another guest (best suited to a child) Linen and towels are provided. This well appointed flat has a kitchen complete with all utensils, fridge/freezer, electric cooktop and convection microwave (a combination oven /microwave that also bakes food) . The flat is self-catering. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity and toilet & washing machine. There is a dedicated clothes line outside. There is free WIFI, an LED TV with DVD player and reverse cycle air- conditioning. There is a dedicated off-street parking bay. Access is through a private gate to a separate entrance. There is a door in the living area to the main house that is locked and sealed with no possible access from the main house. We are readily available to help when needed. Canning Vale, Perth, is a quiet, leafy suburb with many parks. There is a greenbelt nearby for walkers and cyclists. A large shopping center and fast food outlets are 1 km away. Perth Airport (International and Domestic) is approx 25 minutes away by car. The CBD of Perth and the waterfront of Fremantle are both approx 25 minutes away by car. There is a bus that runs during weekdays just a few meters up the road (Bus stop number- 20723)- it runs between Murdoch and Armadale Stations
