Whether looking for a get away or exploring Australia. This is the perfect place. We are situated in a quite neighbourhood, where you will have the use of a 3 bed townhouse with a private courtyard. For you to enjoy cooking on a bbq after a day exploring the area. There is plenty to do in Warilla whether its soaking up the sun on one of the many beaches, SUP'ing or kayaking on Lake Illawarra. Walking and bike riding tracks. Or Scuba diving. Your beach retreat has everything you need to enjoy your getaway. The 2 story house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs including a separate bath to relax in after a day of exploring the beautiful Illawarra region. Our property also has a large lounge/diner/kitchen, with air conditioning to enjoy with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully equip, including a coffee maker and dishwasher. We also have a private courtyard which has a BBQ and seating for you to enjoy. You'll have exclusive access to the property during your stay. The only place which is not available to use is the garage. I will not be on site but will be available via messages or phone call. Our property is in a residential neighbourhood, therefore we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. The easiest way to get around is via car. However if you want to leave your car behind you can hire bikes or catch a bus.
