The Jacaranda House is a recently renovated home, 5 bedrooms fully furnished in Prestons, a quiet, safe family suburb, perfectly located in a central spot, perfectly located only 5 minutes walk to brand new Prestons Place Shopping Centre. Close to all major motorways M5 and M7 and M4 Freeways. The house is only a short 5 minutes drive to Edmondson Train Station, easy access to Sydney Airport, CBD and conveniently close to all major Restaurants and Shopping Centres. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full if reported. PETS: Pets live on the property - a rabbit outside, 6 Koi fish in the pond. Our cat will sometimes come and lounge on the driveway so please feel free to say hello! LONG TERM STAY PLEASE NOTE! HOUSE-KEEPER TO MAINTAIN THE GARDEN NOTE: ACCESS WILL NOT BE THROUGH THE HOUSE. Once a fortnight, our house keeper/ family member/ neighbours have been arranged to come feed the fish and the rabbit and tend to the garden. We will always let you know one week prior to the housekeeper coming. To avoid disturbance/ disruption to your stay or privacy, the house keeper will simply access through the side gate with their own key.
