Aegean Breeze Luxury Apartment is centrally located in Parikia, the port town. Brand new, air-conditioned, ideal for a couple plus a friend or a child. The beach of Livadia is 5 minutes away, just as taverns, coffee shops, and beach bars on the seashore. The center of town is about 10 minutes by walk. Quiet area, big balcony, kitchen with washing machine, living room, and bedroom with TV. We would love to host you! In 2020 we are looking forward to welcoming guests from abroad from the 1st of July and from Greece from the 1st of June. We updated our cleaning routine in accordance with the Greek government guidelines and with the Airbnb guidelines. We sterilize all surfaces with hospital grade disinfectant and all linen are washed at 60C degrees. In the living room you will find a spacious very comfortable couch (can be set up to sleep a 3rd guest if needed). The flat screen television has got Greek and International channels. The dining table is in this area and there is access to the balcony with garden chairs and table. Balcony doors and all windows have mosquito nets. The kitchen is compact, equipped with a 4 hob cooker and an oven, big fridge-freezer, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, a water kettle and a big washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom open off the kitchen area, the bathroom features a bathtub. The new double bed is a standard size European double (1.60 m x 2 m) with new mattress for good night sleep. Extra towels stocked in the wardrobe. There is one air condition unit in the bedroom. The apartment is situated on the second floor and is 60 m2 (plus terraces). Special requests? On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently. This neighborhood of Parikia is called Livadia. This is one of the most sought after area, as it is residential and quiet, but only a very short walk from the beach and the center of town. Within 5 minutes of walk, you will find a great selection of taverns, seaside restaurants, beach bars, coffee shops and more. The beach of Livadia and the sailing club beach is also 5 minutes walk. The distance to the port and the bus terminal where buses start our for all corners of Paros is an 10 minutes walk from the apartment. 10 minutes walk to bus terminal. No car rental is needed, but if you want to rent one for your convenience we can help you with offers from local companies we work with.
