There are no additional costs. Everything is provided, all you need is food and toiletries. Once the house is booked, there will be NO additional guests stay with you. We lease the entire cottage. If 2 people book, as the host we do not book the other rooms, it is all yours to enjoy. We are 5 minutes from Windsor and Wilberforce and 10 minutes from Richmond. Limited, but we are there if needed. You will need a car but we are minutes from Windsor train station and local shopping center.
