Quiet and clean room on 1st floor in homestay

This beautiful, spacious 2 storey house with big roof terrace is located in the heart of transporting hub in Kottawa, on a 20km distance of Colombo. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen&a big roof terrace great for your yoga practice;) We rent 2 (of 5)rooms, but can arrange to rent the entire house completely. Rasal is a driver for tourists and Nina is an amazing cook who will offer you an amazing breakfast and if you like dinners too! Together they have a lot of experience in hosting. The room has a fan, private bathroom and private terrace next to the room. The roof top is a great place to enjoy the view, the sun or to practice yoga or chill out in a hammock in our garden and watch the monkeys play in the trees. We provide you a nice breakfast and you are more than welcome to enjoy other meals with our family, but we also offer you the space to make your own meals. We are available at all times to advice you, drive you around or cook for you, we will do our best to make you feel home away from home. Even though the house is in the center of the suburb Kottawa, 20 km from Colombo, the location is very silent and peaceful. If you like horse riding, there is a foreign lady lose by who offers beautiful horse riding tours in nature. There is also on 3 km distance of the house a beautiful lake with a jogging park around and an area to workout. The Makubura bus station is the main bus station where all the highway busses from Sri Lanka start from and is just on 1 5 min ride from the house. Within 10 km you can enjoy lake boat safari and speed boat riding.and also the island restaurant that you can have delicious all kind of meals for a reasonable price. Within 13 km you can enjoy Diyatha food fair with all kind of bbq and live music every Saturday and Sunday till 7.00 pm to midnight.and also bird watching park and the village that you can have real Sri Lanka food. Three ancient large temples around the location. The Makubura bus station is the main bus station where all the highway busses from Sri Lanka start from and is just on 1 5 min ride from the house. The international airport is on a 45 min driving distance. Price is for a room with 1 person incl breakfast&wifi, a second person will be charged 5 dollars extra per night
