Delightful original beach house 1.5 hrs from Perth in a laid back seaside town. Decorated in vibrant and fun colours it oozes charm and creativity and just metres from the family beach and tennis courts. This little gem is full of surprises yet retains its relaxed and carefree beach vibe. This quaint and cozy beach house boasts a lovely north facing outside deck, perfect for hanging out, listening to the waves breaking on the beach or just enjoying a barbie. The three bedrooms have queen beds with ceiling fans and are charmingly furnished. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washer dryer combo, plenty of kitchenware and a Nespresso coffee maker. A reverse cycle air conditioner keeps the main living and dining area with its large 10 seater solid table comfortable. Large LCD TV and DVD player with lots of DVDs and a Bose Bluetooth speaker completes the picture in the sitting room. The bathroom is newly renovated with a cute bath to relax in. Overall a lovely original character house in which to enjoy your visit to Binningup. The renowned Golf course, great fishing and the wonderful Ferguson Valley adds to the allure of this little beachside town. You will have full use of the cottage and it's facilities. There is parking at the front of the property and the lawned and shady area out the front is all yours. There is a clothesline out the back and a small communal grassed area is available. The use of the local tennis courts, skate park, golf course and a 4 WD beach road is all close by.. The world class Margaret River tourist precinct is 1.5hrs aways and the fabulous Ferguson Valley is 20 mins away.. Complete with great locals and an untouched and unspoilt atmosphere. We love this place!! Apart from the golfing, fishing, 4 WD driving and skate park, there is a boat ramp and a terrific family beach, fully patrolled in summer.
