This cozy flat is located inside an apartment complex in the heart of the mountain resort La Villa, in Alta Badia, on the top floor with elevator. It is a characteristic property, built according to the typical South Tyrolean design, close to the Sella Ronda ski slopes. The apartment can host up to 3 people plus a child and it comprises a comfortable living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed for one, one double bedroom with a small bed for a child and one bathroom. The apartment has also a nice terrace with a wonderful view over the peaceful mountains. Inside the complex there is also a ski deposit for guests. The area is very quiet and with a short walk you can reach the many convenient stores nearby. In the same complex, downstairs of this apartment, there is also another flat – La Villa - that can host up to 7 people and that can be rented together with this one. This is the most central of the villages in the Alta Badia. For over 10 years La Villa has been the centre of attention following its holding of the Ski World Cup event on the "Gran Risa" slope which makes up part of the classic events on the white circuit. Every year around mid-December the caravan of Alpine skiing arrives in La Villa where an atmosphere of festivity and joy is created for a couple of days, which is typical of an international sporting event.
