Inner city studio, great value + perfect location

This studio is amazing value! Centrally located in the heart of Cairns CBD, shops, restaurants, transport and major attractions are right at your doorstep. Featuring a King Bed, brand new lounge, ample desk space and a flat screen TV, theres plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. Wifi is included for your convenience, and the studio is equipped with microwave and mini fridge, allowing for some self catering, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Min 7 night stay + bond applies. This building is part of the first ever hotel in cairns, established in 1885! Many additions and renovations have been completed over the years but it still retains charm and we pride ourselves on our old-fashioned hospitality! Access to the studio is via hotel reception. This is staffed during the day, and there is a secure access code for after hours access for added security. The studio is accessible via stairs or elevator. There is a stunning, refurbished colonial-style balcony that guests may access, a lovely way to enjoy a cup of coffee and a book or just relax and take in the city ambience and fresh tropical air. There is also a guest laundry - check with reception for opening hours. The hotel reception is staffed all day, so they are also available if you need anything during your stay. There are restaurants, cafes, shops, shopping malls and major supermarkets all within easy walking distance. There’s also a public bus station and taxi rank just 50m away from the entrance. Being in the absolute heart of Cairns, there is so much accessible by just a few minutes walking. If you do have a car, we have limited paid secure undercover parking available. Otherwise we can also find a convenient, secure space to store your bicycle ! It’s important to us that we have guests who are considerate and respectful of our studio spaces, there is an in-house guest information pack available at check in with more info. A light weekly service is included.
