External Description Villa Chianti Luxury is immersed in the wonderful Tuscan hills, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and its private garden with lawn. Among the outdoor spaces there are two patios equipped with tables and chairs, a covered parking area and two hammocks, ideal for pleasant moments of relax. At guests' disposal also 2 bikes, and a large pool (20 x 8 m), open during the warm season, and equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Next to the pool is a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue, where you can cook, have lunch and dinner around a large stone table. Internal Description Villa Chianti Luxury can accommodate up to 8 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is spread over 4 floors (including 3 floors with access from the outside and 1 floor with the master bedroom in the attic). Internally it is characterized by the presence of luxury details, azulejos, furnishings and objects typical of Nordic-Scandinavian design that make this villa truly unique. The property has provided with Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. Ground floor: The main entrance of the villa is located on the ground floor where you will find: 2 living areas, 1 large well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin, including 1 with ensuite bathroom with shower) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). First floor: On the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Floor -1: This floor houses a game room and a gym, equipped with treadmill, exercise bike and weight bench. Floor -2: On this floor you will find a large living area consisting of three open space rooms plus an outdoor laundry room (with washing machine and dryer). Villa Chianti Luxury is located amongst the hills of the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, and just 20 km from Florence. The nearest town is San Casciano Val di Pesa (5 km) where you will find typical "trattorias" and restaurants, as well as all basic shops (grocery, pharmacy, supermarket). The wonderful Chianti area is known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical mark of the Gallo Nero), and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the “Via Chiantigiana”, from Greve to Gaiole, from Castellina to Radda. It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena. Here, in fact, you can admire other medieval gems like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and San Galgano. Main distances: San Casciano in Val di Pesa (5 km), Florence (20 km), Greve in Chianti (25 km), San Gimignano (35 km), Monteriggioni (40 km), Siena (54 km).
