Plenty to do in kaiapoi. And only 30 mins from christchurch. 20 mins from the airport. While this home is managed, it is the owners own home and not a motel. The home is of course very special to them; please treat it with the love and care you would for your own home. All our homes are self-catering, so you will need to take care of cleaning, washing of bed and bath linen, and rubbish removal on a regular basis (at least weekly).
