Spacious and comfortable 3br home. Quality linen and towels included. Wooden floors throughout. Large backyard with plenty of space for pets to run around and enjoy. Decent size bedrooms all with BIR. Brand new spanking bathroom.. The driveway can comfortably hold 4 medium sized cars. There is a bus stop pretty much in front of the house. Whenever possible we use green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to insure that we are doing our bit for the environment. Wooden floors throughout. A decent size 3 br home with sun-room and recently renovated bathroom. The house is on the corner which allows for a massive area for pups to run around and enjoy the space. Plenty of storage as there are cupboards and BIR in all bedrooms. There a large size pergola which is slowly gettin turned into an outdoor kitchen. Easy to get into the city for Floriade, the enlighten festival and 10 minutes drive to Canberra show. An important thing to note is we normally live in this property when we are in Canberra. As it's only the two of us and the pooch, we are barely in Canberra and always travelling around Australia. There is ample wardrobe space has been cleared to accommodate guests in bedrooms. There is also oils, condiments and other items that people should feel free to use. We also dislike wastage, so any food scraps can also be provided to the chickens or the compost bins :-) The whole of the house including pergola and greenhouse.. Except the garage and shed. Please make yourself at home. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival Quite and safe. Plenty of space around with soccer fields and local shops few hundred meters away. Well positioned. 3 min drive to the biggest and best shopping center in the capital Westfield Belconnen mall. There is myryard of coffee shops bakeries and restaurants nearby. Floriade is less than 15 min away. My favorite arboretum is about 10 minutes drive. Closest supermarket is Woolies in Hawker only 2 min away. If u after budget Aldi (Shmaldos as we call it) it is a tie all a 3 Kipax, Jamison and Beconnen are about 3 minutes drive. The cleaning fee provided is only for light cleaning... please clean up - appliances after you use it (Inc microwave oven, oven, stove) - clean up fridge - all dishes are washed and put away (must be clean) - clean up after pets includes vacuuming and just making sure they don't jump on furniture and bedding. all excrement picked up and disposed of. Currently we don't charge extra for pets. For group or work bookings we understand that workers leaving an Airbnb may not have the time to clean prior to check out.. We offer an upfront $100 heavy cleaning option.
