Cardwell Beach house

A perfect holiday home situated in the Marina at beautiful Cardwell. With the boat ramp nearby it’s the perfect spot to stay for your next fishing holiday. Everything you need is provided in our beautiful 3br home (which sleeps up to 8 people) to help make your stay a memorable one. Our fully fenced yard is large enough to park 2 cars with boats securely. An easy 15 minute walk brings you into the township of Cardwell to enjoy the many cafes, shops and of course the famous jetty! From the moment you arrive you’ll feel relaxed in our fully self contained home. All rooms are air conditioned as well as having ceiling fans with plenty of louvres for cross ventilation when the A/C is not needed. The bathrooms are stocked with a starter pack for your convenience. In the kitchen you will find brand new appliances along with tea and coffee making facilities along with a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods. We have tried to think of anything that may make your stay easier from the cling wrap for covering leftovers to a first aid kit for little accidents The kids can chill out in the large lounge room whilst the adults can relax on the huge breezy entertaining deck. There’s a fishpond where the kids can feed the goldfish alongside the tropical gardens. You may even get lucky with a paw paw straight from the tree or fresh passion fruit off the vine. There are also plenty of coconut palms, feel free to take any fallen coconuts and make sure to use the lemongrass and rosemary growing near the fishpond. The large yard is fully secured with plenty of room for kids to play. For the fishermen, there is also a deep freeze located in the garage ready for your catch, we just ask that you clean it after using it. One of our recent reviews..... The guest has access to all of the property, there is a single lock up garage available as well which contains the clothes line out of the weather. I unfortunately do not live in Cardwell but am available via phone/text or email. The cool breezes of Cardwell run through the louvres of our home as nature’s own Air Conditioner. The restaurant at the Marina is only a short walk away and a nice change to eating in. Alternatively, it’s an easy flat walk into Cardwell itself to enjoy all that it has to offer. Cardwell is easy to navigate whether it be by a car or a bike. There’s some beautiful waterfalls nearby which are all accessible by cars not just 4wd’s. There is an information folder within our home with ample information about where to go, what to do and where to eat whilst in Cardwell. Cardwell township is all flat going, no hills anywhere, so if you feel the need, bring the bikes to explore the area. You could ride to the local park on the waterfront where you can enjoy Cardwell’s famous pies, or other treats from the mobile food trailers.
