Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: in agreement with our neighbours we only accept guests with previous, positive Airbnb reviews. Kayaks are available on request and at no additional cost to guests. The owner accepts no legal liability for any injuries incurred as a result of using the equipment. Smart Television has NETFLIX, STAN, DISNEY etc. built in. Guests have access to the entire house and the full third of an acre of grounds. Guests are welcome to contact owner by mobile anytime. The house is situated in a quiet, welcoming neighbourhood dotted with waterfront reserves, cafes and excellent restaurants in nearby Toronto. The bird life in the area is spectacular. A family of rainbow lorikeets lives in the gum tree directly over the back deck and seem to be in a constant cycle of producing a new clutch of young in need of flying lessons. The best way to get around is by car although there are amazing walks you can take from the house. Just ask Fraser.
