Fantastic seaview villa on the ocean front with stunning views over the local islands. The neighbourhood is a mixed fishing village and tourist town so the place is booming with delicious seafood and a few local bars. It is only a 10-15 minute ride to the beautiful Klong Nin beach. The house is newly built and with a small private splashpool. It has a big sundeck and a shaded patio for relaxing and taking in the views. Two ensuite bedrooms with AC and hardwood floors. If you need help booking trips or general questions just let us know! Old town is the oldest settlement on Lanta and is the local govenrments headoffice over the 52 sourunding islands. The comunity is a beautiful mix of fishermen, traders & restaurants/bars. Old town is a cultural and religious hotpot where everybody is welcome. This also means that we show eachother respect & kindness despite diffrent ways of living. Car or motorbike is recomended but taxis are avaialbe too. The houses are next to eachother on the ocean front where there is a mixed comunity of fisherman and tourists, please keep the noise down after 10pm & we do not accept partys at this villa.
