Loft Old Town for 2+2 people

The apartment is at the back of the street Etnea, few meters from Piazza Cavour. Renovated in 2011, we have transformed an old house in a modern loft and functional keeping the room warm and cozy. The apartment is located in a central area, just behind Via Etnea (the main street of the city) a few meters from Piazza Cavour. The style is modern but we tried to keep the room warm and cozy. A floor of '900 and a refectory table will go perfectly with a loft built with beams exposed. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine overlooking the living area. The sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed (a square and a half) to accommodate 2 more people and i can also add another bed for a fifth guest to be placed in the living area. The kitchen has hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, full kitchen equipment. The small bathroom with toilet, bidet and washbasin also has a large shower. Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and heating. The location is strategic, adjacent to the center of Catania, public services provided by both metro and bus. Nearby you can find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, post office. It's possible long term rent, not smoke, no pets, non-accessible for wheelchairs. I will be concerned with check-in and key delivery I will always be available to try to satisfy every request. The apartment is located in the center of Catania behind Via Etnea (the street that runs through the old town ) near Piazza Cavour. It is located in a strategic position for those who want to discover the areas of interest in Catania. On foot you can reach several historical and artistic monuments such as Cathedral Square, University Square, Botanical Garden, the Garden Bellini and Via Crociferi. In the immediate vicinity are the Metro, bus, car rent, taxi, supermarket, banks, post offices. The Metro is located in less 50 m and it connects the railway station or the city center. From the airport of Catania Fontanarossa there is a dedicated bus (called Alibus) for connecting with the center of Catania, which leaves every 20 minutes from 5.00 am until midnight. With this you can reach the train station. From the railway station there are, in addition to Metro, 4 bus routes stopping in Piazza Cavour.
