This colourful mediterrean style apartment offers a comfortable stay close to Quinns beach. Easy access to public transport, minutes walk to many local cafes and restaurants. Great spot to surf, swim or fish off the many local beaches. Quinns Rocks was first established as a fishing village and the houses in the old Quinns area are snuggled in among the sand dunes so the landscape is undulating with many quirky little streets. We have a few local cafes convenience store and bottle shop within walking distance where you can pick up your supplies or enjoy a meal and still watch the beachside activity. This studio apartment is very colourful and is a 3 minute walk to the beach, it is clean, spacious, and private with access to outside living areas. It has an ensuite bathroom, queen sized bed with wardrobes, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, with modern kitchen appliances and cookware. Free WiFi, and TV. The laundry is separate and consists of a washing machine and ironing facilities. Quality towels and linen are provided, also beach towels for guests use. Guests have access to their own balcony overlooking the front of the property and it is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the cool summer breezes. There is also a shaded garden patio at the rear which is decorated with some lovely mosaic pieces and is for the guests exclusive use. As we live behind the property we are always available to help with any queries you may have and are more than happy to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Enjoy the beautiful white sands of Quinns beach or you can also: Run, walk or cycle along dedicated coastal paths Swim,fish and surf off the many accessible beaches Book a fishing or diving charter from nearby Mindarie Keys Walk or drive to Mindarie Keys and enjoy some of the fantastic restaurants or bars overlooking the marina Catch a bus or drive to nearby Ocean Keys shopping centre or catch the train to Joondalup shopping centre 15 minutes away for some retail therapy Take a train ride to Perth city or Fremantle for more great shopping and site seeing Yanchep National Park is a 20 minute drive north and enjoy the many walking trails, cave tours and see kangaroos and koalas in their natural habitat. Hillarys marina is a 30 minute drive south where you can catch a ferry to Rottnest Island, shop or visit AQWA aquarium. If using public transport there is a bus stop 1 minutes walk from apartment. The bus will take you to the local shopping centre or train station where you can journey to Perth or Fremantle or access the many stations in-between.
