Carine - Comfortable home, sleeps 6

You will have exclusive use of this clean, private, 3 bedroom home, with a peaceful back yard. Well located near Reid Hwy and the Mitchell Fwy, it offers quick access to all parts of the northern suburbs. The home is in a quiet residential area, handy to many amenities including parks, shops, transport and beaches. Quiet and comfortable for couples, and well equipped for families, with TV, toys, cots, and a secure yard. Pets OK with prior approval. Note: no parties, or loud noise after 10pm. Your family, couple or travel group will be the only occupants of this residence. The home is fully furnished, with a brand new (Oct 2020) kitchen, well equipped with all utensils and appliances. The lounge has a large screen TV, a BlueTooth linked sound system, and a Blu-ray player. Unlimited WiFi Internet is provided and reverse cycle air conditioning/heating is installed in the living area. The laundry has a washer and a dryer, with detergents provided. Two bedrooms have queen size beds; the third has a single bed plus pull-out bed. All bedrooms have drawers and wardrobes with hangers; bedroom 1 has its own aircon/heater while the others each have a heater and fan. We have a large cot that can sleep up to a two year old and there is also a portacot available, suitable for infants up to 10 months. Also for the little ones we have a baby bath, change mat, a bouncer and toddler toys. For the older kids we have some balls and bats to get them running outside. The bathroom has a large shower with a fixed head as well as a separate shower head on a hose, but no bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced and features a pleasant garden, relaxing outdoor furniture, and a barbecue for your use. Extras include a selection of books, games and DVDs; shampoo and shower gels; and a range of teas and coffees (including a plunger). We can also provide a "basics pack" of milk, cereal, bread etc for your arrival if you wish. Pets are normally allowed, but this will require approval from the owners prior to booking confirmation. When booking or inquiring please supply some details about the pets. If pets stay you will usually be charged an additional fee ($100) for pet cleaning, payable on arrival. Pets will be expected to mostly stay outside the home, unless otherwise agreed. Please note the home is in a suburban residential area with limited parking spaces. It is not to be used for parties or functions without the express permission of the owners. You and your family/group will have exclusive access to the property as if it were your own home. Your hosts live a short walking distance away. We will greet you on arrival and provide all necessary information, and then you will be left in peace to enjoy your stay. However we will be available to assist you quickly if the need arises. Late night check-ins are not a problem. Checkout is officially 10AM, but if no guests are coming that night you will be able to make this a bit later. Similarly if the home is not occupied the night before you arrive we may be able to arrange early check-in. Carine is a pleasant and green residential neighborhood. The home is opposite a small park; four minutes down the road is yet another park with playground equipment. It is only a short 7 minute walk to the massive Carine Open Space. This park has many kilometres of walking paths where you will meet families, cyclists, birds, joggers and many friendly dogs. On the weekends you can watch games of cricket, football, soccer or baseball, depending on the season, or meet the horses at the Riding for Disabled facility. It's a six minute drive to Perth's fantastic beaches. Nearby is Carine Glades Shopping Centre, and it is only slightly further to the large centres of Karrinyup and Warwick. Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Private) golf course is a few minutes away by car; the Hamersley public course is 8 minutes away. Reid Highway and the Mitchell Freeway to the city are quickly accessible. The home is within walking distance of the Warwick train/bus station. The train gets you to the city in 15 mins or to Joondalup in 12 mins. For an adventure, take the train to Mandurah and back - it's 1hr 10m one way. The 423 bus takes you to Hillarys Boat Harbour and its great shops and eating places (or you can drive in 13 mins). Hillarys is also a departure point for ferries to Rottnest Island. Parking at the home can accommodate 3 cars. The lockable garage accepts small to medium cars only, otherwise you can park next to the front door. When booking, you do not need to count infants who will use a cot in your total of persons. However please advise there will be an infant in your booking/inquiry message. If we agree to hosting your pet, there may be an extra fee payable for pet cleaning. Ask about this when you make an enquiry.
