It is very stylishly refurbished with a spacious living room and a well equipped kitchen. This is an ideal location from which to explore the Langhe, Roero and all that entails with the ancient villages of Slow Food centers (Alba, Bra, Pollenzo, Cherasco, Cervere), restaurants and Piedmont's traditional interests. A fantastic panorama from all the windows of the apartment. Maximum 5 persons can use the facilities of the apartment. The number of guest has to communicate in advance to the host and the price depends on the number of rooms occupied. There is an extra bed (futon) eventually for a fifth guest in the living area on the mezzanine. It’s forbidden to invite other guests to stay overnight in the apartment. Parties or dinners are not permitted. The air conditioned is only in the mezanine double bedroom. During the summer time is the best room to rest. The apartment has a white floor. Also for hygienic reason please leave your shoes outside the entry. Thank you in advance to not smoking. The guests must leave the kitchen clean and tidy. It’s a no smoking aparment, but there is a private terrace with a comfortable outdoor seats and table where is possible to smoke.
