Cozy house for four people, at 2 steps from the center and with 2 bikes available for guests. Documents will be requested before check-in for registration. The tourist tax, requested by the municipality, is € 2 per night, per person (maximum 4 nights). The house is independent and arranged over 2 floors. The first floor has a comfortable sofa bed in front of the fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and one bathroom with hydromassage shower. The sleeping area on the first floor has a private bathroom with a bath tube and air conditioning. The supermarket is at 100 m far away, the bus stop is at 20 m from the house and 2 bicycles will be available to quickly reach the center. Access with self check-in allows you to arrive when you wish. The house is completely available to guests. I will be available before and during your stay for any needs. The house is located at the beginning of one of the main shopping streets of Como, 1km from the entrance to the pedestrian area (15 minutes on foot), in a multi-ethnic neighborhood. A favorable position for those arriving from the motorway. Below the house there are bars, restaurants, the supermarket and the bus stop. At 20m from the apartment there is a bus stop. Taking bus number 1 you arrive in the pedestrian zone in 5 minutes. You can reach the Como San Giovanni station in 15 minutes by bus number 1. Documents will be requested before check-in.
