Ceiling fans located in the living area as well as in the bedroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped & the condo also has a washer/dryer.   The comfortably furnished bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has a flat screen TV. The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues.  A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii.  Use at your own risk.  The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.
