Mia Chiesa (Italian for My Church)

A lovingly restored century old country church set on 1/4 acre, 10 minutes north of Stanthorpe in the beautiful Granite Belt. The Summit is a small village at the northern end of The Granite Belt on the Qld NSW Border, near Stanthorpe. There are many attractions close by such as “The Maze”, The Christmas Farm (Applethorpe) Vincenzo’s café Deli, Granite Belt Cheese Factory and Sutton’s Cidery and famous Apple Pie are all at Thulimbah. If you need provisions, Sam’s Fruit Shop at Cottonvale and The Summit General Store on Granite Belt Drive, if you want to avoid the bright lights of Stanthorpe. During season, visit Nicoletti’s apple orchard and tours at Pozieres. There are plenty of wineries to choose from in this region. You'll need to self drive unless you would like to use Wild Cat Tracks or another tour company to take you around.
