Family friendly with cot, high chair and unbreakable children's tableware. A cost effective, yet luxurious, vacation home. Book with confidence! This is a villa we would like to stay in ourselves! Full of creature comforts and all modern conveniences, which make a home from home. Bring the family and relax, its all here. Comfortable beds and plenty of space both inside and out, Villa Brizo is furnished to a high standard-a luxury fisherman's cottage. Mature gardens and a large pool make the immediate area child friendly and relaxing. The gardens are shady and well maintained. A gate to the property protects children from unsupervised access to the pool The villa is managed by an English speaking Thai lady, who takes care of check in and check out. The owner lives close by and is available to assist as needed. Close to many restaurants in the famous Fisherman's Village, there are also a few restaurants within 300m, one serving budget meals. Within 500m there are a super coffee shop which sells full meals until 4.30pm and a selection of breads and pastries all day, a family mart and Mini C, (selling basic daily needs) and Bophut Market which serves tasty local meals and sells vegetables. Many people hire scooters in Samui, and there are rental locations very close close by. Cars can be hired at the airport and also from local vendors. In peak season it is better to prebook a car. Although helpful, transport is not essential in our location, as everything is within a ten minute walk. In order to raise environmental awareness, and in common with other properties in Samui, we charge TBH 6 an hour for electricity consumed. The property has ceiling fans which significantly reduces the need for air conditioning. On average our guests are paying between 60 and 100 Baht a day for a family of four.
