Nikoletta's Nest traditional house/large veranda

The house is situated in a quiet place at the centre of Agios Arsenios village. The big shadowed veranda is a pleasure to relax and enjoy your food or to take a nap at the couch of the patio! There are nice views of trees and mountains and of the village! The house is decorated with good taste and handmade objects made from the owners of the house! The property is ideal for couples or for families with one or two kids. It consists of the kitchen area with a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Outside there are 2 large private verandas with nice views, around 60 m2 in total, and there is shadowed area with pergola 20 m2. All the parts of the property are available for the guests! I am willing to help you during your stay, I live at the apartment downstairs, so for any problem you may have, I am at your disposal! Even though it's situated in the center of the village, the area is very quiet! There are 2 small mini markets, bakery, postal office, tavern and public parking lot 80 meters away from the house. Also butcher shop 20 meters away! The house is only 4 kilometers away from the most touristic places of Naxos Agia Anna, Plaka beach and Naxos town, 5 kilometers from Agios Prokopios and 6 kilometers from Mikri Vigla. There is public parking lot 80 meters away from the house. A car or a motorbike is necessary in order to enjoy the beauties and the beaches of Naxos island.
