"A bedda casa" is a private room with bathroom inside a build of the early 1900s recently renovated in full respect of the preservation of the architectural features of the building without neglecting the attention to contemporary living standards. The apartment is equipped with every comfort that will make the stay even more pleasant for guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating with the ability to adjust indoor comfort. A bedda casa offers a large and spacious private room in an apartment near the historic center; the room offers a double bed, large wardrobes and drawers, is equipped with a private bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, personalized heating, free Wi-Fi, TV and balconies overlooking the city. It is ideal for a single guest, but also for a couple who want to enjoy a stay without depriving themselves of any comfort. We will be happy to book private transfers to and from the airport for our guests. Guests will have the opportunity to use the kitchen, equipped with every appliance for the preparation of lunches and dinners. A convenient laundry, with washing machine and dryer, will also allow guests long stays. In compliance with the anti-Covid-19 protocols, we have implemented the steps for cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces that are touched most frequently between reservations. The environment will be sanitized at each guest change. On your arrival you will find towels and sheets. Guests can use all the services of the apartment: - a kitchen equipped with everything that can be used to prepare meals and breakfasts; you will find an espresso machine with pods, electric oven, microwave, a large fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery; - a living area with satellite TV and a table for lunch or dinner; - a laundry room with washer-dryer and other household products; - a room with laptop, printer, fax and all that may be useful for planning your excursions. As a host, I personally welcome my guests, show the house, hand over the keys and an information sheet with instructions and house rules. During the stay I will always be available for every need or simple curiosity to satisfy. In the initial booking phase and for any information request I will be available and quick to respond. "A bedda casa" is located near Piazza Cavour (the Borgo) a stone's throw from Via Etnea, the main street of Catania that connects Etna with the beautiful sea of Catania. A few minutes from the major tourist attractions such as the Botanical Garden, Giardino Bellini, Piazza Stesicoro, Via Crociferi, Piazza Università and Piazza Duomo. A few minutes away from the commercial heart of the city, Corso Italia. In the immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants, easily accessible, which will make your trip unforgettable. Vicolo Santa Filomena, Sicily's most famous gourmet street, is only a 10-minute walk away. Within walking distance from "a bedda casa" there are numerous bus stops of urban and extra-urban lines. In the immediate vicinity is the circumetnea station to reach Mount Etna and the villages on its slopes. The same station gives access to the modern subway of the city of Catania. The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building and does not have a lift. Access will take place from a marble staircase. In compliance with Italian law, all hosts, without exception, have the obligation for public security reasons to register their guests' data and communicate them to the Police Headquarters through the portal housed at the time of check-in. Therefore, upon confirmation of your booking, information will be requested in order to proceed with said fulfillment.
