On the ground floor of the house you have a large living room with a sofa bed and dining table and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal after a hard day's skiing. Furthermore, there are two modern and large bedrooms with double beds as well as a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. In summer you can relax on the cosy terrace after a beautiful hike, in winter it is only about 1.5 km to the valley station of the Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei. The ski bus stops near the house and takes you there quickly, so you can leave your car at home. COVID-19 Conditions: If your government or the government of the country you are staying in imposes an entry ban or determines by law that you are not allowed to travel/stay during your booked holiday period, we will give you the option to rebook or cancel (= money back) free of charge. This applies within 2 weeks before your arrival date.
