Lakes Area Room Rental #2

This is a private lower level bedroom in our home with shared (occasionally) Jack and Jill bathroom. Quite country setting 1 mile from Spicer. Guests are welcome to use the large TV area, fully furnished kitchen, dining room and outdoor living space. Private bedroom with walk in closet, private vanity, shared shower and toilet. Two rental rooms adjacent to each other. Park in the driveway, left or right not blocking the garage doors. No app or public transportation in the area. We live up stairs. We are available to answer any questions. Country development, tar road, easy access to Hwy 23 or 71. Nice one mile walk around the neighborhood loop dead end. We have a friendly dog named Buck who loves attention but has come accustomed to greeting guests then leaving them alone.
