You can reach the nearby Sonntag-Stein ski lift on foot in just 100 metres. The apartment on the 1st floor for up to 5 people offers a cosy living room and a spacious eat-in kitchen, which is well equipped. Both bedrooms have a washbasin, shower and toilet are separate. The apartment on the 2nd floor has a large and well-equipped kitchen- & living room with couch and TV, a total of three bedrooms, all with washbasin, and a seperate shower and separate toilet. Both apartments are attractively furnished with lots of wood and attention to detail. From the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. In summer, the apartment is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes; in winter, the ski bus that stops at the house takes you free of charge to the nearby ski areas of Faschina and Damüls. COVID-19 Conditions: If your government or the government of the country you are staying in imposes an entry ban or determines by law that you are not allowed to travel/stay during your booked holiday period, we will give you the option to rebook or cancel (= money back) free of charge. This applies within 2 weeks before your arrival date.
