Retreat to this spacious and charming home, amongst the birds and the trees, with the Lake a short stroll away. Be it with friends or family, there is ample space to cook a big meal, fire up the BBQ, light a bonfire in the pit, play games or simply relax in each other’s company. There are multiple living spaces to allow you to sit together or enjoy your time apart. The large backyard creates endless opportunities, whether you’d like to read in the hammock, do some yoga in the shala or sit amongst the trees. The house is across the road from the massive Tuggerah Lake which has a cycleway and walkway starting a short walk way away, spanning 5kms boasting some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Should you need to work remotely, Haciendita has multiple living spaces to accomodate your needs, as well as WiFi. The TV has Netflix and you can stream any channel or streaming service direct to the TV via your phone. Nearby there are various beaches, amazing eateries to explore and many activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained. Haciendita has: Upstairs- The Main house: - Spacious open plan living room, dining and fully equipped kitchen - 2 x Queen bedrooms - 1 bathroom - Separate shower and toilet. - Double futon bed in the second living space - Front balcony Downstairs - The Studio: - Double bed in downstairs studio with ensuite - Separate living space with small bar for tea Backyard: Massive terraced backyard with 2 separate covered patios - Outdoor dining - Hammock - Firepit - BBQ Please note: WE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. LOUD NOISE/MUSIC WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. NO Hens/bucks, schoolies or any parties permitted. We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate of our lovely neighbours. Haciendita is in a quiet, peaceful location and we ask our guests to remain within the noise levels of their surrounds. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit. We ask that all guests move inside by 10pm weeknights and 11pm on weekends.
