Large home walking distance to the lake. Lots of room inside for family and friends Home recently renovated. Parts of the house are from the original log mill in town that no longer operates. Guests can use main house and basement with full access of side yard and bbq. I'm available by text or phone call. Sometimes I'll be in the appartment connected to the house. Callander is a small town just south of Northbay. You can find a grocery store a few convenience stores and Tim Horton' s is a close drive away. You can also find a boat launch and water playground for kids at the park close by. You can walk for things around town. Bikes are fun if you want more freedom a car is your best bet. Taxis are available and there's buses in Northbay. Driveway is shared with neighbours but there's enough parking for 3 or 4 cars and there's also parking on the street just keep laneway free
