Charming Cozy "Little Dipper Cottage"

The Little Dipper Cottage is a cozy, newly renovated, one bed/one bath home (with extra, comfortable sleeping space for the whole family). The Little Dipper is close to multiple public access lakes, golf courses, tubing/skiing/snowboarding spots, rivers, ORV & snowmobile trails, state hunting land, casinos and other family friendly attractions (ziplining, putt putt, go karts, bowling). There are also many local restaurants who provide great service and even better food! Located right next to Budd Lake. The Little Dipper has plenty of room for a family to enjoy a short or extended stay! The kitchen is stocked with all basic amenities. There is a newer washer and dryer in the basement. The driveway is big enough for 2 trucks with trailers if exploring the trails or boating is your thing! There is a small fire pit out back (bring your own wood). It’s a short walk down the road to a nice park/fishing spot. Front door is equipped with an August smart lock; your phone will be your key in!
