Sleeps 10. Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent location. Located 1/2 block from restaurants and market (The Big Store) on Bolivar. 5-minute walk to the beach. The bar area under the house is great for entertaining. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash off sand. Golf Cart access to the beach just down the street. This house has it all. 3 bedrooms-2 baths, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig-style and drip-style coffee pots, and an entertaining area below the house with a charcoal grill. Big screen TV in the living area including ROKU. Master Bedroom has King bed. Bedroom 2 has Queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 twin over Full bunkbeds Any rules that are not followed will constitute breach of agreement and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
