We are now offering our new large 30’x30’ open space room with radiant floor and air conditioning located at the end of Baker Ave in the village of Shelburne Falls. We are renting this space on limited bases. Day use for groups is ok, and overnights on a limited basis. There is no shower. Baker Studio is a great place for yoga classes, workshops, presentations, and? Located 2 block from town next to public parking. Please message Jim for arrangements. The studio comes with high speed internet, 70” tv on wall, chairs, table, refrigerator, utility sink, and one bath. There’s no shower. This a private space separate from any others on the property with street access looking out at town on ground level. The area is illuminated at night and it’s well insulated for sound. You will enter through the front into a private entrance and space. Jim is available to help set up and take down during events or workshops and will discuss details with you. Located in the downtown portion of Shelburne Falls Less than a block to the entrance of the bridge of flowers It is easy to get around on foot Big space! Great for get together‘s. We own property on both sides of the studio so it is safe and secure.
