Spacious Lower Apartment

Spacious and cozy lower apartment. This space offers a large bedroom with 2 queen beds as well as 2 full size futons, large full bathroom, coffee bar, washer, dryer, and laundry tub. Cozy and spacious lower unit. Shared parking area along the side of the house. Concrete steps lead down to the sliding door and apartment unit. We use the laundry room and storage/utility room when this space is not rented. Side parking area, lower apartment unit, back shared patio. I will give my guests their space unless they have questions. I am very responsive to messages. I want to make sure you have an enjoyable stay! Lake Geneva, Oconomowoc, Beautiful Kettle Moraine State Forest and Trails Driving, lots of beautiful biking too! Please review the house rules prior to booking. Please feel welcome and stay in designated spaces only for liability and safety reasons around horses.
